Servings: 12
Yield: 12 Rolls

Notes: Dough can be prepared in all-size bread machines.
DOUGH
1/2 cup water (70º to 80ºF)
1/3 cup butter or margarine (2/3 stick), cut up
1/4 cup milk
1 large egg
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 3/4 cups bread flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/3 cup chopped pecans or walnuts, toasted
2 teaspoons Fleischmann's® Bread Machine Yeast

TOPPING
1 large egg
2 ounces white chocolate baking bars, melted

1.    To make dough: Measure dough ingredients into bread machine pan in the order suggested by manufacturer. Process on dough/manual cycle.

2.    To shape: When cycle is complete, remove dough to floured surface. If necessary, knead in additional flour to make dough easy to handle. Divide dough into 12 equal pieces; roll to 9-inch ropes. Tie into loose knots. Place knots 2 inches apart on greased large baking sheet. Cover; let rise in warm, draft-free place until doubled in size, about 40 to 50 minutes.

3.    Lightly beat remaining egg; brush on knots. Bake at 375ºF for 12 to 15 minutes or until done. Remove from pan; cool on wire rack. Drizzle knots with melted chocolate.
