Fruit Salsa

Yield: 4 3/4 cups

2 pounds fresh diced pineapple
1 papaya, diced
1 mango, diced
1 red onion, diced
6 tablespoons orange juice
2 teaspoons Jamaican jerk spice blend

In large bowl, combine fresh diced pineapple, diced papaya, diced mango, diced red onion, orange juice and Jamaican jerk spice blend. Cover and refrigerate up to six hours.
