Ingredients:
1 1/2 roasting chicken
1 teaspoon of sugar
2 teaspoon coriander
1/2 teaspoon Ground turmeric
1/3 cup of tamarind liquid
3 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon of black pepper
Oil
Directions:
  
 Dice the chicken into small chunks. Press the garlic and add  salt to create a smooth paste. Combine the paste with pepper, sugar,  coriander, cummin, turmeric and tamarind liquid. 
 Rub the paste on the chicken and marinade for 1 hour or  overnight in refrigerator.
 Remove the chicken from the marinate and place in skillet.  Cook for 3 minutes, flipping the pieces so that they are evenly browned.
 Cover the skillet and cook for 15 minutes on a lower heat.  Remove the chicken from the skillet and then serve warm.
