...with chorizo, potatoes & a semi-dried tomato dressing
1 tbsp Dijon mustard 1 garlic clove,crushed 150 ml olive oil 6 semi-dried tomatoes (& a little bit
of their oil) 1 anchovy freshly ground pepper
2–3 chorizo sausages,sliced on the diagonal 8 baby potatoes,scrubbed,halved & boiled
until almosttender
4 x 180 gm thick tuna steaks,bloodline removed
olive oil spray sea salt
chopped parsley
Whiz up in a food processor or blender.
Cook on an oiled BBQ grill plate until crusty.
Spray with oil,season and barbecue over a high heatto medium-rare.
Putpotatoes and chorizo on plates or a platter,top with tuna and sprinkle with dressing and parsley.
