Gorp, by Golly!

16 servings (about 1/2 cup each)
3 cups low-fat granola 2 cups pretzel goldfish 1/2 cup sesame sticks, broken into halves 3 cups coarsely chopped mixed dried fruit Butter-flavored cooking spray 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1. Heat slow cooker on high 15 minutes; add granola,  goldfish, sesame sticks, and dried fruit. Spray mixture  generously with cooking spray and toss; sprinkle with combined spices and toss. Cook, uncovered, on high 11/2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes. Turn slow cooker to low to keep warm for serving or remove from slow cooker and cool.
