Serves 4 to 6
Ingredients:
- 5-6 green unripe mangoes, finely shredded
- 100g dried prawns
- 50g dried cuttlefish, finely shredded
- 10-15 shallots, sliced
- 10-15 chili padi, cut thinly
- 2 tbsp sugar
- Heat oil in a pan, fry dried prawns till crispy. Drain.
- With the remaining oil, fry cuttlefish till crispy. Drain.
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Add sugar. Serve immediately.
