Mango Kerabu

Serves 4 to 6

Ingredients:

  • 5-6 green unripe mangoes, finely shredded
  • 100g dried prawns
  • 50g dried cuttlefish, finely shredded
  • 10-15 shallots, sliced
  • 10-15 chili padi, cut thinly
  • 2 tbsp sugar
Directions:
  1. Heat oil in a pan, fry dried prawns till crispy. Drain.
  2. With the remaining oil, fry cuttlefish till crispy. Drain.
  3. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Add sugar. Serve immediately.
