STREUSEL COFFEE CAKE

1 ½ cups all purpose flour  ¾ cup sugar  2 teaspoons baking powder/1/4 tsp salt  4 tbsp brewed dark roast coffee  1 egg, beaten  ½ cup whole milk  ¼ cup cooking oil  ¾ cup semi sweet chocolate morsels  Preheat oven to 375 degrees  Grease and flour 9x9x2 inch cake pan 
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt, mix well  In separate bowl, combine egg, milk, cooking oil and coffee  Fold into flour mixture, mix well, and add chocolate mor sels
TOPPING  2 tbsp brown sugar  1 tbsp all purpose flour  1 tsp ground cinnamon  1 tbsp soft butter  Combine dry ingredients, fold in butter until soft and crumbly  Sprinkle over cake batter
Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown
