...oysters with a splash ofThai vinaigrette
/2cup coriander leaves 6 coriander roots,washed well 4 garlic cloves 4 chillies,chopped 1 tbsp Asian fish sauce 1 tbsp shaved palm sugar 1 tspn rock salt juice of 3 limes
2–3 dozen oysters in the shell,scrubbed
Blend.
Puton the hottestpartof the BBQ and cook until they open.Then add a splash of vinaigrette to each. (Or instead,you could justadd a squeeze of fresh lime juice.)
