Almond Macaroons

3 cups finely ground almonds
3 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
8 egg whites
1/2 cup all-purpose flour

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a 17 × 11 × 1-inch baking sheet; set aside. In a medium bowl, combine first 4 ingredients; mix well. Add egg whites; beat on high speed 5 minutes. Fold in flour. Drop dough by tablespoons onto baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes, or until lightly browned
