Beef Roast

Ingredients:
1/2 kg - beef
1 inch piece - ginger
4 pods - garlic
1 - medium onion
mustard seed
curry leaves

For Masala:
3 tsp - chilli powder
2 tsp - coriander powder
1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
1 tsp - garam masala

Method
  1. Marinate beef (cut into small cubes) along with ginger, garlic, curry leaves and half of masala powders for 1 hour.
  2. Boil beef cubes till tender in a pressure cooker. Allow the cooker to cool gradually...
  3. Heat oil in a kadai, put mustard seed, add onion and curry leaves after the seeds start spluttering.
  4. Then add boiled beef and roast till done.
  5. Tastes good with rice.
