Ingredients
| 2 | tablespoons | vegetable oil | |
| 1 | tablespoon | onion | chopped |
| 3 | each | garlic clove | |
| 3 | ounces | shrimp | small, cooked, diced |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | black pepper | |
| 1/2 | each | cabbage | small, very finely |
| 4 | each | egg | beaten |
| 2 | each | scallions, spring or green onions | finely sliced |
Directions
Heat the oil in a wok.
Add the onion, garlic, shrimp, salt and pepper and stir-fry until the onions are translucent.
Mix in the cabbage and then add the eggs.
Cook, stirring, until the eggs are set.
Transfer to serving dish and garnish with scallions.
